Pre ride genius!

I discovered this little creative goodness a while back and do you know, I’m convinced that it’s one of the best pre ride energy snack fillers, that I urge you to try it! Roughly it’ll take two minutes to make – EASY!

OK, take a tall glass or cocktail glass if you’re really stylish or an elegant lady! Add two table spoons of muesli, three table spoons of organic natural yoghurt, one handful of granola, a handful of assorted nuts, five organic raspberries and two chopped strawberries!!! Energy, antioxidants, fibre, protein, carbs and sexy goodness!

Carbs 45g


TONS of antioxidants from the raspberries and strawberries along with good essential fat from the nuts.

For extra slow release energy, have an organic apple as well. It’s essential to buy organic when it comes to apples as rather horrifically, non-organic apples can have as many as 25 different pesticides on their skin – nasty huh!!!

On a slightly different note, I ALWAYS treat my sport and this includes my biking as I would my bodybuilding at the gym, so in this respect, I also take one scoop of ON Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey Gold protein powder in a shaker which contains 24g of protein.


It’s essential to prepare your food to excellent music! Whilst preparing this, I was rocking to J Malik – Crazy World (Extended Mix). Drum and bass at it’s most eclectic!
